
Martin Kratky | Managing Partner
Mag. Martin Kratky’s career spans roughly 15 years of experience as a communications consultant and executive work as managing director and team leader at one of Austria’s top three agencies.
His activity focuses include strategic communications consulting for clients from a variety of industries and associations, crisis communication and crisis prevention as well as international projects in the SEE and CEE regions.
Martin Kratky lectures on strategic communications planning and crisis communication in Vienna and at Danube University Krems and has published specialised articles in books and magazines in the field of communication science.
Between 2005 and 2009, consultancy and PR projects developed and implemented by his team were honoured with a total of eight national and international industry awards, e.g. the PR Report Award (four times) and the SABRE Award for the best public affairs project in the European region (twice).

Jakob Pagitz, MBA CMC, is Partner of PROsCOM. He works as management consultant with a focus on strategic planning, process management and development, change management, crisis management and crisis handling. He has long-standing experience in the field of independent consulting,
amongst others for companies in the fields of telecommunication, trade, production, tourism and provision of services.
Jakob Pagitz got certified according to ISO/IEC 17024 by the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI) in 2010 and is ever since entitled to bear the title of “Certified Management Consultant” (CMC).
Apart from management consulting he works also as mediator and facilitator.

Mag. Matthias Noë joined PROsCOM in April 2011 as Junior Consultant. He deals with a variety of PR activities, such as media relations, internal communication, online communication and multimedia.
Before entering the field of PR, Matthias Noë completed a five month internship at the European Comission in Brussels and realised amongst other things a project for the improvement of internal communication at the Directorate General for Informatics. Prior to that he worked for several years as IT trainer in adult education institutions, where he shared his enthusiasm for information and communication technology.
Apart from his native language German, Matthias Noë is fluent in English, French, Bulgarian and Spanish. Due to his studies in Sofia for a year and many trips to the Balkan peninsula, he knows the SEE region especially well.
