Austrian PR Award: bauMax and PROsCOM Win Category „Internal Communication“

In addition to the Best PRactice Award of the Austrian PR Association (PRVA), the project „Internal Change Communication“ of bauMax AG was elected winner of the category „Internal Communication“ at the PR-Gala on 24 November. A beautiful recognition for a great project with Dr. Monika Voglgruber and her team!

Best PRactice Award XVIII goes to bauMax and PROsCOM

PROsCOM together with its client bauMax wins the BEST PRactice Award of the Austrian Public Relations Association (PRVA) for the project „Internal Change Communication of a Leading Austrian Company“.

Together with Dr. Monika Voglgruber, Head of Corporate Communication of bauMax, Mag. Martin Kratky, Managing Partner of PROsCOM, received on 7 July the PRVA's BEST PRactice Award, which is awarded twice a year to distinguish particularly succeessful PR projects. bauMax staff members and managers were involved in an intense dialogue process that occurred in the course of a strategic reorientation of the Austria based group of companies operating in 9 countries in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). The integrative point of culmination was a one-day management meeting in March 2011, where about 400 national and international managers were informed about and emotionally activated for the upcoming challenges. The jury appreciated in its explanatory statement the friendly and integrative realization of the concept: Thanks to the creative use of available means the bauMax employees could effectively be won for the change process and be brought on board to face the upcoming challenges. „A prime example for top-quality internal PR“ as the jury said.
